OK, so we don't really celebrate Valentine's Day around here, but since it is today, it seemed like a good title for this post! I am sorry to be so blog-negligent lately...being a working mom is B-U-S-Y!! I feel like I am going going going from 5:00 am (when the babies wake up) to 10:00 pm (when I collapse into bed). I used to have such a hard time falling asleep - ha! Now I know I was just never truly tired! But, although I am exhausted pretty much all the time, I have never been happier as when I am with the babies and see them smile - I could not imagine life any other way (well, except maybe with a few million dollars...yeah, I could imagine that...).

| Felix |
The babies are 19 weeks old now, and growing up fast! Last week, both babies started rolling over - Asher was first (from his belly to his back) and then a few days later Felix followed (from his back to his belly). It's funny, but both can only roll one way, and they are opposite! (We're not really surprised, since they are very different babies considering they share the same genes!) I think they are almost ready for solid foods because they drinking a lot and are acting hungrier lately - they have a doctor's appointment on Tuesday, so we will ask him then. They are eating mostly formula now, because although I am trying to keep on producing milk, I have never really been able to keep up with twins (there were only a few weeks where I was able to nurse exclusively), and it has only gotten worse since they started sleeping through the night and I went back to work. But, I am going to hang on as long as I can - I think even a few ounces a day is important for their health. So, I am drinking as much water as I can, eating constantly, pumping 2-3 times at work and before I go to bed, taking a lovely herb called Fenugreek (which makes me smell like maple syrup - Eric does not love this side effect, although I don't think it's that bad!), as well as drinking gross tea that tastes like black licorice. It's all for those beautiful babies though, so it's worth it!
They have their 4 month appointment on Tuesday, so we will find out how they're doing on weight and height - I will try to find a moment to update the blog again then!
